Amazing sleep

This is the second time we have used the sleep teacher two week program for our toddler (both totally seperate issues) and both times we have seen a huge improvement within two days.
Our daughters bedtime was taking an hour of procrastination getting her into bed followed by her constantly coming out. She is now under a military operation of 10mins all up and staying in bed.
The format of the 14 days email correspondence works really well in developing a bedtime routine as you are 'accountable' to follow the tips and not give in to your child.
I can't recommend enough.
